For those seeking a deeper experience, you can upgrade to include an introductory dive with a certified instructor.         • Diving Restrictions: You must be in good health. Diving is not permitted within 24 hours of a flight.
        • Seasickness: If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking a tablet 30 minutes before boarding.

          • Swimwear & Towel: Essential for all water stops.
